Abhishek is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in Oswal Brothers Textiles, a family business. He graduated from Marimallappa College in Mysore and has developed an in-depth understanding of the industry, as well as honed his skills to excel in it. Abhishek is committed to preserving and expanding his family’s legacy, and he is passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the textile industry.

As a family business owner, Abhishek finds it both challenging and rewarding to grow the business. He understands that achieving this goal requires a long-term vision, strategic planning, and a willingness to take risks. Abhishek’s expertise lies in networking and building relationships with industry experts and other business owners, which has been instrumental in his success.

Aside from his professional commitments, Abhishek is also actively engaged in humanitarian work. He is an active member of Sri Sumtinath Jain Navyuvak Mandal (SSJNM), Mysore, a Jain social group. Through his passion for social causes, he is working towards making a positive contribution to society.

Shub Jain

Managing Director

Shub Jain is a dynamic and accomplished professional, currently serving as the Managing Director at Oswal Glass. At the young age of 23, Shub has already contributed significantly to the success of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce, as well as a Diploma in Interior Designing. He has a comprehensive understanding of business management as well as design principles, which allows him to provide a fresh and innovative perspective to his work. Besides work, Shub enjoys playing tennis and traveling. The hobbies he pursues provide him with not only personal fulfillment, but also enhance his leadership skills, encouraging discipline, resilience, and a global outlook.

Rishab V Jain

Managing Director

Rishab V Jain is a multifaceted individual with diverse interests and skills. He holds a BCom degree from MICA (Mysore Institute of Commerce and Arts) with a comprehensive background in business and finance. Tennis has been his passion for 15 years, and he has not only played at the state level but is also a member of the All India Tennis Association (AITA). Rishab’s enthusiasm for physical activities extends to practicing yoga and fitness, adventure sports, biking, and traveling the world.

In addition to his athletic pursuits, Rishab is also an artist who has been creating stunning paintings for the past 12 years. This creative outlet provides a balance to his other interests and keeps him grounded. He received business training from his grandfather’s business in Coimbatore, which has given him a unique perspective on entrepreneurship.

Rishab’s diverse experiences and skills have made him a well-rounded individual who is always eager to learn and explore new things. His ability to combine his passions and skills makes him a valuable asset in any field he pursues.

Vipul Jain

Sales Head

Vipul Jain is a young and dynamic Sales Head who is making a significant contribution to the business at the age of 25. After obtaining his Bachelor of Business Management degree from Mahajanas First Grade College, Vipul decided to join the company, where he has brought a fresh perspective and innovative ideas over the past three years, resulting in a noticeable increase in sales and revenue.
